Now in its twelfth edition, it engages the foodservice sector in raising awareness of food poverty and malnutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every year, from 16 October \u2014 World Food Day \u2014 to 31 December, restaurants, pizzerias, traditional eateries and restaurant chains take part in the initiative, involving their customers through a dedicated charity dish or special events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Impact around the world<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funds raised during the 2026 edition will contribute to supporting Action Against Hunger\u2019s projects, particularly <strong>\u201cMai pi\u00f9 fame: dall\u2019emergenza all\u2019autonomia\u201d (\u201cNo More Hunger: From Emergency to Self-Reliance\u201d) in Italy<\/strong>, in Milan, Naples and Bari, as well as interventions <strong>in Venezuela<\/strong> to support communities affected by the earthquake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Action Against Hunger |<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azionecontrolafame.it\"><strong>www.azionecontrolafame.it<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Action Against Hunger is an international humanitarian organisation committed to ensuring that everyone has the right to a life free from hunger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For 47 years, we have specialised in anticipating hunger and malnutrition, treating their effects and preventing their causes.
