Our tangible commitment to the environment
We design ice making machinesdesigned for the environment
We reduce our environmental impact by using R290 refrigerant gas, with minimal environmental impact.
Our machines use Green Tech technology, which facilitates the recycling and proper disposal thereof.
We are concretely committed to reducing the consumption of unsustainable electricity: our headquarters is equipped with solar panels that allow us to reduce emissions.

Our commitment to Sustainability and the Environment
At Brema, we believe environmental responsibility is an essential part of how we do business. Together with Treedom, we’re actively contributing to a reforestation project that promotes the planet’s long-term health in a tangible way.
So far, we’ve planted 565 trees across 8 countries, including Tanzania, Ecuador, and Colombia. These trees; such as cacao, coffee, and avocado, have already absorbed 127 tons of CO₂, helping preserve biodiversity and naturally combat climate change.
Our initiative goes beyond the environment: it supports economic growth and social inclusion within local communities. By the end of 2026, our forest will grow to 865 trees planted worldwide.

The Brema Group ice makers part of the CB family are made with Green Tech technology: an innovative approach in the Italian scene, which takes into account the environmental impact of machines at every stage of their life: including production and disposal, starting right from the choice of the materials.
Thanks to the Green Tech technology developed by Brema Innovation Center's engineering team, we are actually able to facilitate the recycling and proper disposal of machine components. The big news for the CB family lies in the possibility of easily separate the raw materials at the end of their life cycle.
Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact of our business and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Safeguarding people and the environment. To us, this is the true meaning of being eco-active, the project that sees us at the forefront in reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
Our green commitment means concrete action: from design to manufacturing, we leave nothing to chance to minimise our environmental impact. This is why, for example, we - as Brema Group - offer a wide range of ice makers which use the R290 and R744 natural refrigerants. Therefore, buying one of our ice makers means choosing a product with high added value.

In order to ensure a greater commitment to environmental sustainability, Brema Group has chosen to embrace Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, encouraging its customers to use solutions with zero or low impact on the climate and temperature of the earth.
Act responsibly along the line of the horizon we call the future, to look at tomorrow as if it were already here. The values of a company are expressed in ethical and moral principles, how it operates, how it communicates, its collaborators’ conduct outside and inside the company.
