Ice & Innovation: Brema Returns to Mixology Experience 2025
Proud ice makers since 1985
From May 5 to 8, 2025, Pavilion 14 at Fiera Milano Rho hosted the fourth edition of Mixology Experience, one of the most anticipated events for beverage industry professionals. This year, the show takes place within the international setting of TUTTOFOOD, shining a spotlight on excellence in mixology through innovation, education and networking.

Brema: Official Technical Sponsor for the Second Year Running
This year again, Brema is proud to serve as the official technical sponsor of Mixology Experience, reaffirming its commitment to supporting outstanding service at the most prestigious events in the Ho.Re.Ca. industry.
With its professional ice machines, Brema ensures a daily production of over 1,000 kg of ice, an essential ingredient in every cocktail served at the event. Once again, our ice took center stage behind the bar, at the service of bartenders, mixologists, and taste professionals.
Premium Ice, Uncompromising Performance
In mixology, ice quality is crucial, not just for chilling drinks, but for enhancing aromas, textures and presentation. That’s why the organizers of Mixology Experience have once again chosen to rely on Brema.
Our machines, designed for reliability, energy efficiency and consistent performance, will be present supporting the professionals who craft, experiment, and serve cocktails with expertise every day.
Mixology Experience: A Hub of Innovation and Inspiration
The event spans 17,000 square meters entirely dedicated to the world of mixology and brings together top brands, bartenders, and companies in the industry. With masterclasses, tastings, workshops and B2B meetings, Mixology Experience stands as a reference point for those who want to stay ahead of trends and build authentic connections in the beverage world.
An Experience That Spreads Across the City
Beyond the trade show, Mixology Experience extends into Milan with the Mixology Week, part of TUTTOFOOD Week. A network of venues, including rooftops, hotels, and cocktail bars, joins the initiative with tastings, themed nights and special events, spreading the culture of crafted cocktails beyond the fairgrounds.
