HMF – Hospitality Management Forum 2024
Proud ice makers since 1985

From November 24 to 26, 2024, the twelfth edition of the Hospitality Meeting AIFBM took place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lecce. This annual event is promoted by AIFBM – the Italian Food & Beverage Managers Association. Originally established as a key meeting point for Italian F&B Managers, this year’s event celebrated its 10th anniversary with a refreshed format. In addition to its traditional attendees, it welcomed Hotel Directors, Chefs, and Bar Managers, creating a uniquely comprehensive and professional network in the hospitality and F&B industries.
Brema Group: Innovation for the Hospitality Sector
Among the key participants this year, Brema Group brought its expertise and innovation to the event, showcasing the BSF ice dispenser, a product specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the hotel industry. With the support of our agent Dario Iurlano and Sales Manager Paolo Baronzio, we demonstrated how advanced technology, appealing design, and environmental sustainability can enhance the efficiency and quality of services offered by hotels.
Why the BSF Ice Dispenser Is Revolutionary
- Advanced Technology for Continuous Service
The BSF ice dispenser ensures continuous and automated ice production, thanks to a cold sensor that constantly monitors the ice level in the container. This intelligent system:- Stops production when the container is full, preventing waste.
- Automatically resumes production when the ice level drops.
The result? Impeccable and always-ready service for guests.
- Elegant and Functional Design
The dispenser's design is one of its standout features:- Modern aesthetics: Perfect for refined settings.
- Ease of use: The “Be Selfie - Touch, Take and Go by Yourself” system allows guests to serve themselves with just the press of a button.
- Environmental Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of Brema's philosophy. The BSF dispenser uses:- Natural refrigerant gas R290: Zero impact on global warming.
- Water efficiency: Consumes only 1 liter of water per kilogram of ice, drastically reducing waste.
- Ice Pebbles: The Perfect Ice
One of the dispenser’s key strengths is the quality of the ice it produces: ice pebbles.- Composition: 91% solid ice and 9% water.
- Advantages: Dry, with high cooling power and slow melting. Ideal for maintaining freshness and flawless presentation in beverages.
