Brema Group at SIGEP 2026: Innovation, Design, and Market Dialogue

At SIGEP 2026, Brema Group presented a new vision of professional ice.

Brema Group S.p.A.

Proud ice makers since 1985

Brema Group’s participation in SIGEP 2026, held from January 16 to 20 at Rimini Expo Centre, concluded with results that exceeded expectations. Over the five days of the exhibition, we had the opportunity to showcase to hundreds of professionals from the foodservice, mixology and hospitality sectors how professional ice is evolving in terms of technology, design and operational value.

Our Booth D1 – 024 became a lively and inspiring meeting point, where visitors, partners, and customers were able to experience firsthand the innovations we presented at the show and explore new perspectives on innovation in the world of professional ice.

Brema Connect: the technology everyone was talking about

One of the undisputed highlights of the exhibition was Brema Connect, our connectivity solution that transforms ice makers into intelligent, remotely manageable machines.

Visitors were able to see the system in action, from control features via app and web portal to real-time notifications on performance and preventive maintenance. The guided demonstrations generated strong interest, confirming the tangible value of this technology in improving efficiency and reliability in daily operations.

The system offers:

• complete monitoring via app and web portal;
• remote machine management: switching on, switching off, and starting the automatic cleaning cycle;
• access to operating status at any time, from anywhere;
• real-time notifications on performance and service needs;
• advanced support for technicians and distributors.

A powerful technology, designed for a sector where speed, efficiency, and reliability are essential requirements.

New Brema design by Odo Fioravanti

Evolution is not just about technology.
Brema machines now feature a completely redesigned look by industrial designer Odo Fioravanti, who interpreted the brand’s values through an essential, contemporary and functional style.

The result is a product range defined by:

• clean lines and balanced proportions;
• easily removable panels for quicker, more intuitive maintenance;
• a visual identity that communicates solidity, modernity, and professionalism;
• improved integration within work environments, from cocktail bars to professional kitchens.

A design that does not follow trends, but follows the logic of the craft: being useful, day after day.

The NTF restyling: a new look for a historic brand

NTF, a brand with a long-standing tradition in the world of professional ice, is also evolving with a refreshed visual identity that updates its image while preserving its core values.
The new look is clearer, more modern, and perfectly aligned with the aesthetic evolution of the group.

Feedback, relationships and dialogue

SIGEP once again confirmed itself as the ideal stage not only for showcasing product innovations, but also for engaging directly with market professionals. Conversations with bar managers, technicians, distributors, and Ho.Re.Ca. operators provided valuable insights into emerging trends and real-world operational needs, further enriching our approach to machine and service design.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited us, stopped by our stand, and shared ideas, feedback, and positive energy with us. Your participation made SIGEP 2026 not just a product showcase, but a moment of genuine connection with the professional community that chooses ice every day as a strategic element in delivering quality service.
